Ms. Albers authors articles on hearing loss, hearing technology and general hearing health information. Ms. Albers is an audiologist licensed in the state of Minnesota with experience as an audiologist in a clinical setting specializing in managing hearing loss and hearing aids for patients of all ages. In addition, she has worked for a large hearing aid manufacturer as a product trainer and also is currently an Associate Editor for www.AudiologyOnline.com, a leading online resource for the hearing health profession. Ms. Albers received her Master's in Audiology degree from the University of Minnesota and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from A.T.Still Unversity - Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is dedicated to and passionate about educating consumers on general hearing health, hearing loss, hearing technology and most importantly hearing protection. She has presented to various community groups on the importance of hearing protection, hearing health and hearing aid technology.
She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and an active member of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology.
